1. Conducting for the digital solutions based on the needs of supply chain division (25%)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business and system requirements from supply chain departments.
- Conducting analysis, collect, prototype, design grid to determine best solutions for solving supply chain issues.
- Coordinate with PMO team in managing project plan which includes business requirements, design specifications, backlogs and obtain approvals.
2. Project Management (25%)
- - Supporting to lead in project administration tasks, i.e., setup scrum meeting, note down meeting minutes and follow up with action items, etc.
- - Cooperate with IT Team in developing IT framework and solutions in line with plans.
- - Create and file comprehensive product documentation.
- - Constantly work towards improving and reporting on the performance and user experience as measured against key metric & qualitative goals.
3. Delivering Product (25%)
- Manage product delivery plan, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery and ensure contingency plans are in place.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Gain KPIs and successful metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements as necessary.
4. Change Management (25%)
- Develop and implement change management plans and strategies to support organizational changes in order to ulitize the project value.
- Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and employee readiness assessments.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify the impacts of changes.
- Provide trainning/ coaching and support to managers and employees to ensure successful adoption of changes.
