We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to define, analyze, and deliver solutions that align with business goals. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting analyses, and supporting the successful delivery of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Business Insights:
- Work closely with data analysts to transform player data, game metrics, and financial reports into actionable insights that fuel business growth.
- Lead deep dives into game performance metrics (e.g., ARPU, LTV, retention rates) to identify key growth levers and areas for optimization.
Process Mapping & Improvement:
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create process maps, user stories, and use cases to provide clear documentation of current and future state processes.
Solution Design & Specification:
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user interface (UI) designs, and data models.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential IT solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs and technology alignment.
Project Support & Coordination:
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of IT projects by tracking progress, managing risks, and coordinating communication among stakeholders.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and documenting results.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to provide stakeholders with regular updates on project progress and business impacts.
Change Management & Training:
- Support change management efforts by helping to plan and execute training programs for end users.
- Assist in creating user guides, training materials, and support documentation.
