MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1/ Calendar and Schedule Management:

  • Manage the Vice President’s calendar, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and preparation.
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries, filtering and prioritizing information for the Vice President’s attention.

2/ Translation and Communication:

  • Provide live and accurate simultaneous translations during meetings, presentations, and conferences involving Vietnamese and English.
  • Translate documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Facilitate communication between the Vice President and colleagues, ensuring clear and concise understanding.

3/ Project Management and Support:

  • Assist with data analyst at a basic level for the Vice President’s projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, and other materials for meetings and conferences.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and visas.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining a well-organized and streamlined office environment

4/ Other duties:

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.
  • Anticipate the Vice President’s needs and proactively provide support.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends and developments.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude while maintaining a high level of integrity.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, International relations, or Translation Studies (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, or translator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to provide live and accurate simultaneous translations in professional settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
