1/ Task Management and Follow-up Actions Needed
- Track tasks, meeting notes, and assignments of the CEO and various departments to ensure everything runs according to plan and on schedule
- Ensure the progress of tasks directly related to the CEO (tickets, meetings, etc.)
- Report directly to the CEO on the progress of tasks to ensure the CEO receives comprehensive information about the company’s activities
2/ Ensure and qualify report
- Implement and ensure regular and ad-hoc reports on business, finance, and other activities with team leads to meet the requirements of the CEO and the BOD
- Develop necessary reports according to specific themes and key programs of the company.
3/ Administration & Back Office Tasks
- Schedule regular meetings with departments to report to the CEO
- Provide administrative support to the CEO: plan and manage the CEO’s schedule. Prepare the CEO’s trips (arrange schedule, logistics, accommodation, gifts, meeting agendas, etc.).
- Communicate on behalf of the CEO with staff, vendors, or other departments in FPT to ensure basic administrative, scheduling, or other support inquiries are performed
- Assist with important events and team activities
