- Ensure the store day to day operations is ready for business, all company properties are in serviceable condition.
- Setup and monitor all working procedures in order to provide and maintain good customer service to customers.
- Hold regular meetings and discussion with staff to review performance and process of the store and inform staff about company policies, plans, directions.
- Responsible for sale target for daily/ weekly/ monthly and annual achievement.
- Responsible for profit and loss in store.
- Manage shift plan, working time, productivity of store
- Evaluate staff performence and make appropriate fair recommendations for promotion or disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Train and supervise all level of staffs, providing product knowledge advice and guidance with the aim to develop a knowledgeable and efficient workforce.
- Promote motivation, make good teamwork of all staff in store
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the operation manager.
