- Welcome, provide information, and guide visitors to work, tour the building.
- Answer phones, receive and handle calls as requested by incoming guests.
- Arrange air tickets, hotels, and visas for employees and company leaders.
- Receive applications for the use of building services and present them to the Management Board for resolution.
- Distribute invitations, notices, and official documents from the Management Board to companies and organizations operating in the building.
- Receive and dispatch letters, parcels, and packages.
- Update and manage assigned documents and records.
- Coordinate with the security department to monitor entry and ensure building security.
- Initiate alarms, contact relevant authorities in case of incidents.
- Participate in regular and ad-hoc meetings, submit work reports as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
