JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Administration
1.1 Office Reception
- Office reception (Phone handling, software data input...)
- Dispatch/Receive/Follow-up courier documents/ Packages
- Welcome Guests: incoming visitors, Internal meeting.
1.2 Office Operating
- Support in planning and organizing company events, company's Activities (Charities, Social activities...)
- Annual company equipment purchase.
- Office general affairs (working environment, equipment...)
- Manage Meeting room booking schedule and setup standards
- Organize weekly Happy Hour snacks/tea break
- Ensure all work activities are following operational, and standards.
1.3 Other departments support
- Take care of the company’s linked in and Facebook account, internal social website...
- Support preparing gifts for customers/partners (Mid-Autumn Festival, Lunar New Year, and events)
- Support purchasing of sales/marketing kit (File attachment, brochure, letterhead, envelopes, name card)
2. HR Support
1.1 Recruitment
- Posting jobs description to some recruitment websites and social network channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate with HR teams to arrange interview schedule.
- Update data and recruiting status on HRM software.
1.2 Training:
- Support HR teams for training programs preparation (Set up location, arrange time, etc.)
1.3 Others:
- Support in proposing and implementing employee benefits (Health check, health insurance, uniforms, etc.)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team leaders (if any)
