The Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager's responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
● Managing a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits;
● Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department;
● Supervising the AR, AP functions, monthly closing of accounts;
● Doing related reports as requirement including Financial statement and manegement
reports.
● Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements;
● Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles;
● Supervising, tracking, and evaluating day-to-day activities. His/her responsibilities include
setting financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing,
verifying, and reporting information;
● Consult Acounting policy and procudures for new products/ issues;
● Work with Auditors to complete reports;
● Working with stakehoders for related tasks;
● Perform tax reports, financial reports as current regulations;
● Update new tax regulations, compare and brief any change and impact to our business
(When necessary);
● Coordinate forecast budgeting;
● Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions; Coordinate with Finance to
set up master data management purpose;
● Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy;
● Handle reports as requirement;
● Meet financial accounting objectives;
● Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions;
● Other tasks assigned by line Manager.
