MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Market Analysis and Client Engagement

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

● Identify client’s requirements and needs, develop insightful questions to understand clients' concerns and expectations

● Research market & organize raw data into a structured database for making plans or performance report

● Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and objections

2. Management:

● Collaborate with internal teams to develop programs, and plans following client needs and objectives

● Ability to make execution plans and manage Livestream campaigns as well as booking KOL campaigns

● Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and meet clients' expectations.

● Work closely with relevant teams for monthly validation and tracking of client debt

● Report work progress as requested by managers

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

● Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Marketing major or equivalence is a referral).

● Experience/Knowledge:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or client service.

- Experience in Affiliate marketing is highly desirable.

- Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, Youtube, or local booking KOL service;

- High level of Client service and timeline management, data analysis.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, and Vietnamese.

- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Can work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary client service excellence.

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

● Attitude: Professional, Customer-oriented, Detail-oriented, Can-do attitude.
