1. Market Analysis and Client Engagement
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
● Identify client’s requirements and needs, develop insightful questions to understand clients' concerns and expectations
● Research market & organize raw data into a structured database for making plans or performance report
● Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and objections
2. Management:
● Collaborate with internal teams to develop programs, and plans following client needs and objectives
● Ability to make execution plans and manage Livestream campaigns as well as booking KOL campaigns
● Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and meet clients' expectations.
● Work closely with relevant teams for monthly validation and tracking of client debt
● Report work progress as requested by managers
